2025-01-28	Mo*****	App has some really helpful features like fastest way to reach boarding gate, live flight tracking but needs good amount of improvement in cab services, duty free shopping features. Information related to medical emergency is missing from app. Also app needs integration with BMTC, live tracker should be available for buses and shuttle along with route information. Long way to go!

2025-01-24	An*****	I must say that my experience has been terrible. They made me wait for more than 45 minutes despite my cab was prebooked. No one from customer care was picking up the call and the experience proved to be a nightware. So, never use this app.

2024-12-21	Dr*****	Never book your flight through this app, they won't even tell whether your flight is confirmed don't give pnr also even after charging. The agent who answers call doesn't know or acts as if he doesn't know keeps silent for long time, even ai answers better than these fools. I had to pay extra 3k to rebook same flight because of them.

2024-12-19	Av*****	Worst app, there is no live update for cab changes. The cab allocated and number provided by the app and tha actual vehicle allocated was different. You can't even track the live location of the cab. Getting the helpline number of the concerned cab company is tedious as there is no direct contact number provided.

2024-12-13	sw*****	I had little bit of issue with the app, but the driver was extremely polite who drove so gently at the right speed. It was 3 am ride to the airport and journey was safe and exceptional.

2024-12-08	ch*****	Their cab service is unreliable. I booked for 3 AM. I got a message saying the driver details will be sent 45 mins before the travel. I waited till 2:50 am I could not miss my flight so I had to find alternative means for transportation at 3 AM in the morning. At 3:20 I am called saying the cab is waiting. I reached the departure gate just in time. Then they say they have been waiting from 2:30 AM and telling me I was not available. When I book for 3 AM I expect to see the car at 3 AM

2024-12-06	Aj*****	Don't use this app to book cabs from Airport. There is no dedicated pick-up point, and none of the KIAL staff have any idea of what the app is and if one could book cabs. They were themselves astonished. I found my cab after 3 times going up and down. It also does not give you the cab driver number to call and coordinate.
