(فحص مباني bi) - ersei

The ersei (BI Building Inspection) app is a project management application designed for creating technical reports and designing engineering and surveying plans. It allows users to create accurate architectural and surveying plans, covering various engineering disciplines: architectural, structural, geotechnical, mechanical, electrical (MEP), and surveying.

Key Features:

Engineering Plans: Tools for creating and drawing architectural and surveying plans and accurately documenting field measurements and projections.

Bill of Quantities (BOQ): Calculators for calculating quantities of concrete, steel, masonry, finishes, plumbing, and electrical work based on engineering standards.

Field Inspections: Integrated inspection checklists and a system for managing defects and observations (Snag List) with photo and coordinate documentation.

Engineering Calculators: Tools for pricing materials, calculating HVAC loads, designing solar systems, and calculating excavation and backfilling.

Offline Operation: All calculators and features are programmed to work offline to suit construction site environments.

PDF Reports: Create projects, conduct daily inspections, and generate professional, shareable technical reports.

An application designed to simplify field engineering tasks and reduce manual calculation errors.

ersei - (Building Inspection bi) is an application dedicated to managing projects, creating technical reports, and generating architectural and surveying blueprints. The app allows users to create accurate floor plans and surveying drawings across multiple disciplines: Architectural, Structural, Geotechnical, Mechanical, Electrical (MEP), and Land Surveying.

Key Features:

Engineering Blueprints: Tools to create architectural and surveying plans, documenting field measurements and floor plans with precision.

Bill of Quantities (BOQ): Calculators for concrete, steel rebars, masonry, finishes, plumbing, and electrical works using standard engineering formulas.

Site Inspections: Built-in checklists and a Snag List manager to document site defects with photos and coordinates.

Engineering Calculators: Tools for material estimation, HVAC load sizing, off-grid solar system design, and earthworks (Cut & Fill) calculations.

Offline Functionality: All tools and calculators function completely offline, suitable for remote construction sites.

PDF Reports: Create projects, conduct daily inspections, and generate professional PDF reports directly from your device.

An application built to streamline on-site engineering tasks, reduce manual calculation errors, and organize technical documentation with precision.
