These guys were friendly and did everything they could and even more without any hesitation. Looking at them working, i thought the technicians would ask for more money(past exp) which they usually do but no they didnt. Thanks bhettayo. P.s. i should have offered extra tips.... surely next time

However, I thought of giving it a try yesterday. I ordered a service yesterday night and by 12 noon there was someone at my home to look at the washing machine. I have two suggestions though. 1. Show tentative cost before hand. 2. Add in-app notifications for each phase of the task.
