View and update your profile - full name, gender, height, weight, profile picture, and date of birth. You're screen each time you open the app. You can log out or delete your account anytime from the profile section.

General-purpose fitness and preparation videos, accessible regardless of which exam you're preparing for. Each video has a title and supporting content to help you learn beyond your exam prep.

• Offline Mode
Training plans and other screens are stored locally when accessed with an internet connection, allowing seamless access even without connectivity on later visits.
