WarungPro: Kasir dan Pembukuan

WarungPro is a cashier and bookkeeping application (shop management) that offers various features such as: PPOB sales, bank transfers, multi-store (one user can create an unlimited number of stores), multi-user (owner - main user, can appoint an unlimited number of employees), and each employee can be assigned to more than one store.
Employee access can also be restricted, including:
- Sales
- Purchases
- Inventory
- Reports
- Price settings
- Sales with terms
- etc.
WarungPro also enables market-like bargaining with three bargaining options:
- Adjusting the price (e.g., from an offer of Rp 100,000 to an agreed price of Rp 65,000)
- Providing a percentage discount (e.g., an offer of Rp 100,000 is agreed to be sold at a 40% discount)
- Determining the discount amount (e.g., an offer of Rp 100,000 is agreed to be sold at a Rp 35,000 discount).
This bargaining can be done per product or per invoice (combined with multiple products). For example, if product A is offered for Rp 50,000, product B is offered for Rp 60,000, and product C is offered for Rp 70,000 (3 products total Rp 180,000). For example, if a customer purchases all three products, the price is Rp 130,000, regardless of any discounts or price cuts for each product.
After a transaction is completed, the shop owner can send an invoice directly to the customer's WhatsApp without the need to print it. This will make store operations more efficient, and customers will never lose an invoice.
For small shops, shop owners can scan item barcodes with their phone camera, saving them money and eliminating the need to purchase additional equipment. For larger shops that require additional barcode readers, WarungPro can also connect to a Bluetooth barcode reader.
Another feature is flexible sales and payment terms for customers per invoice or multiple invoices.
Shop owners can also share invoices with customers via WhatsApp. You can select invoices that are due only, select a few invoices, or select all invoices at once. This simplifies billing to customers who pay on time.
The reports provided are comprehensive, including:
- Sales reports per period, for example, per month, per year, etc. Reports can also be displayed daily, monthly, or annually.
- Sales reports per product. With this report, store owners can easily identify which products are selling best and which products contribute the most profit.
- Reports per customer. With this report, store owners can identify which customers buy the most and which customers generate the most profit. This allows store owners to manage customers effectively (for example, customers who generate high profits can be rewarded more).
There are reward points for each customer, which encourages increased customer loyalty.
