2021-12-23	Pr*****	I cannot configure my phone for bsnlmail properly, the login password for desktop login is not possible as no sms to alternate email and mobile are received timely, it take even one day to receive them. Today updated xgen....... Now I cannot again login/setup to it. Each time updation requires to set incoming and outgoing servers, and it could not completely finished stating no connection to server. From 20th my userid was blocked for no reasons and all my emails stored could not be assessed.

2021-11-25	Hi*****	I am useing this bsnl.in mail i.d. since last 16 years, but last 2 -3 years service is very bed. Mail reach to us like POST. They change, out look, settings at any time and our mail is become dead. We request to them they improve their services otherwise they stop their service.

2021-11-25	Re*****	There is no account set up option click in your app.Add security thread in your mail service like gmail in which if somebody open my mail account in another mobile, laptop and desktop then security thread mail would be sent in my mail alternative and same mail account with device name and IP address so that i can change my password.

2021-11-04	Na*****	Every now and then it fails. You have to keep on updating. For the past one month or so even the updating option is not there. Now absolutely no mail gets down loaded.No help available either from BSNL or X Gen. None of them reply. The only option left to me is to forget about dataone connection and remove dataone from all contacts.
