Features & Capabilities

Screen On Manager keeps your phone screen awake while selected apps or games are open. Choose apps such as e-readers, news apps, or video players to prevent the display from timing out during use. A simple interface lets you enable or disable screen-awake behavior for each app.

The app uses Usage Access to identify the currently active app and needs a background service running. It is described as battery friendly, though compatibility may vary on devices with manufacturer restrictions, including some Xiaomi and OnePlus models.

User Reviews

Reviewers commonly praise the app for keeping the screen awake, especially its per-app controls, simple design, and usefulness with music or podcast apps in the car. However, several report that it does not work reliably on their device or with particular apps. Other complaints appear only once, so they are not included as recurring issues.
