2023-07-19	Jo*****	The biggest problem with the app is getting the information. When you typed in the information needed to get the info regarding the fittings and procedures it takes FOREVER to load up that info. It is a good app to have but there must something that can be done to fix that issue. For a technician time is a most important thing and this app only makes it's WORSE especially when you need it for a job

2022-03-08	Ja*****	Helps put a lot when there's a question of how exactly to do the service...sometimes slightly difficult to navigate, but there are a lot of illustrations and links to videos with walkthroughs of the line blocks or procedures for certain models. Of course that also the opposite is true, m sometimes you'd look something up and there was zero info about it. BG is a solid company, quick phone call to my rep. and he would answer my questions, or provide whatever additional equipment needed.
