Madar - Business Management

Madar is business management software for Sudan. Its first industry offering serves fuel companies and station networks, bringing daily operations, money, stock and people into one application.

ACCOUNT FOR EACH DAY
Record meter readings, tank measurements, sales, expenses and counted cash. Review expected balances and reported differences, follow up missing reports, and keep a traceable history of submitted figures.

FOLLOW MONEY AND STOCK
Keep customer debts, supplier balances, payments and cash movements connected to their records. Track fuel deliveries, shop stock and gas-cylinder exchanges. Optional multi-currency features keep amounts in their own currencies.

MANAGE PEOPLE AND VEHICLES
Maintain staff records, salaries, leave, advances and employee loans. Follow vehicles, equipment, shipments and maintenance. Each person sees the information and actions their company authorizes.

WORK IN ARABIC OR ENGLISH
Switch between Arabic and English, with support for right-to-left layouts. Choose a light or dark appearance.

KEEP SUPPORTED WORK WHEN OFFLINE
After signing in and loading the required data, supported workflows keep drafts and queued submissions on the device. Open Madar when a connection returns to synchronize them. Some operations, including fuel receiving, require a connection.

ACCESS THROUGH YOUR COMPANY
