LapLedger: Swim Tracker & Log

LapLedger is a swim log that stays out of the way.

Log a swim in three taps — distance, time, stroke — and let the app do the arithmetic. Your pace, your records, your weekly totals and your streaks are all worked out for you, and every one of them stays on your phone.

EVERYTHING STAYS ON YOUR DEVICE
No account. No sign-in. Nothing uploaded. LapLedger works completely offline — in the pool, in the changing room, on a plane. Your swims are yours, stored on your phone and nowhere else.

LOG A SWIM IN SECONDS
• Quick log: distance, time, stroke. That's it.
• Or build a session set by set — "4 x 100 free @ 1:45, 20 seconds rest".
• Effort rating, pool length, stroke count, rest time and notes when you want them.
• Metres or yards, your choice.

SEE IT ADD UP
• Pace, distance and training volume over time.
• Personal records at 50, 100, 200, 400, 800 and 1500 in every stroke — found from individual repeats inside your sets, not just from time trials.
• A calendar heatmap of every day you swam.
• Browse back through every week, month and year you have logged, all the way to your first swim.
• A year-in-review card for each completed year.

PLAN YOUR TRAINING
• 16 built-in workouts across endurance, speed, technique and recovery.
• Build your own sessions and reuse them.
• Put a workout on the calendar and set a reminder.

THE POOLSIDE TIMER
Put your phone on the deck and run a session hands-free. Huge, readable numbers, a target you can hit with a wet hand, automatic rest countdowns, and the screen stays awake. If your phone locks or the app is closed mid-session, you come back to exactly the set you were on.

YOUR DATA, IN YOUR HANDS
• Export a full spreadsheet (.xlsx) — sessions, sets, records, goals and a monthly summary.
• Export CSV.
• Back up everything to a single file and restore it on a new phone.
• Delete everything in one action, whenever you want.

BUILT TO BE READABLE
Dark and light themes, a design that works with animations switched off, large-print support, and every chart backed by a table you can read out.

LapLedger shows a small banner advertisement so it can stay free. That is the only part of the app that uses the internet, and your swim data is never sent anywhere.
