My money is stuck with the from 27th February, their customer support do not speak English, they told me to send my bank statement to their email address, I have sent several emails, I got confirmation that my email is received, but no any answer from them. they are not refunding my money back, nor replying me. is there anyone help me to get my money back or should I hire a lawyer in France? edit: The refund has been done by them. The bank is good, but their customer support is not.
