I downloaded this app last tax season and thought I found a tax preparer. I was skeptical because the tax preparer I selected, had no reviews. Our first phone meeting, she was a no-call no-show. I had to call her in order to get a reschedule. Then she was late. Ok, I was still ready to work with her. She filed an extension on my behalf and I never heard from her again. We had an appointment to do my taxes, September 23rd...again, no-call no-show. As I type this review, still no word from her.

I was really looking forward to using the app to find a accountant. But unfortunately the app wouldn't let me register because it couldn't verify my address which sucks. Hopefully you will add Tennessee.
