When i went for an exchange it asked for 150 each (300 total). Then i got frustrated and returned both products by paying 300 extra from my pocket. Here i just lost 300 for choosing Beyours. Lesson learnt not gonna order anything from you🙏

2025-01-07	Mo*****	I have never seen a worse app than this. First of all, you cannot return any product, after exchanging they will first take the order from you and after that they will cancel the new order. He took the order from me and also cancelled the exchange order.

2024-12-30	Ja*****	They are charging 150 for return service. Nowadays, there are many apps available for online shopping, and almost most of them offer free returns. But they charge 150 rs. Now we can't even exchange or return for free? Everything requires charge and money.

Their return policy is one of the worst experiences I’ve had. They charge ₹149 for an exchange, but they don’t ask for the payment at the time of the exchange. Instead, they send a separate email asking us to complete the payment, and they only process the order after the payment is made.
