2025-01-20	su*****	Making people fool with their delivery and pick up service(while you exchange/return) a product. On 15 Jan 25 I requested for an exchange and initially they committed to pick up the parcel within 48 hrs, but after a week also and after intimating several times to their agents. Don't get a positive response. Very poor customer service.
