ESRT StrongMind

ESRT StrongMind is the digital companion for Enhanced Stress Resilience Training (ESRT), a programme co-created by Dr Carter Lebares at the UCSF Center for Mindfulness in Surgery.

The app supports participants attending in-person ESRT courses with:
• Digital access to ESRT course materials
• Practice guidance and resources
• Supporting content between sessions

ESRT StrongMind is available to participants enrolled in ESRT courses through established institutional partnerships. Contact your ESRT programme coordinator for enrolment information. Institutions interested in running ESRT should visit carterlebares.org or mindfulsurgeon.ucsf.edu.

Built by BeWell IT on the BeWell Catalyst platform. ESRT StrongMind is used by the UCSF Center for Mindfulness in Surgery and other institutions to deliver their ESRT programmes.
