2026-09-08	ra*****	There are numerous issues with the app. Even after purchasing a subscription, I am still unable to chat because the chat window does not appear. I have been facing this issue for more than a month now, with no resolution. Every time I raise the concern with Betterhalf support team, they keep on saying that the technical team is working on it, but there is no ETA/ no time limit. I am not sure how their technical team is working on the issues, but the support is pathetic so far.
