It's a worse app and locking system. i brought digital lock for monitoring my home main door in India 🇮🇳 from the UAE 🇦🇪. app has been working fine for the last 6 months.. when i brought a new mobile in UAE 🇦🇪 and tried to connect the lock. It's showing you have to go near the lock and connect with the same wifi for adding the lock .. login credentials are not saving impossible to connect lock when log off or change mibile. .. Chinese lock is far better than this one...

Lots of issues with cactus connect lock and app 1.Lock sometimes think that privacy mode is on even if it is off and only way to open lock from outside is with master Password 2.No way to register fingerprint as master fingerprint, only single password option 3.app remote unlock request notification doesn't come as mobile notification, only comes in app message center, so we don't become aware immediately 4.Number of set password, fingerprint not visible in app 5.No option to set password in app
