Usually worthless Same problem as everyone else. Log in, try to find a hotel, circles...and circles...no response from app. Often have to exit and clear cache several times before the thing wakes up. I've contact BW several times now about this and they just thank me for contacting them. Website is even worse. Just transfer your status to Hilton or IHG at this point.
