Inspectr

Inspectr is the app for building inspectors who want to spend less time on administration and more time on inspections.

Writing an inspection report takes about as much time as the inspection itself. That means working in the evenings and a hard limit on the number of inspections you can handle per week. Inspectr removes that bottleneck.

HOW IT WORKS
1. Recording
Turn on the recording upon arrival and conduct your inspection as usual. You state your observations out loud, you talk to the client, you take photos. The app captures everything, even in a crawl space, in the attic, or while wearing gloves. No loose hardware, no extra forms during the inspection.

2. Transcription and structuring
Inspectr transcribes your words into Dutch, including construction terms, from cavity anchor to wood rot. Every utterance is immediately assigned to the correct chapter in your report template and linked to the element you mentioned. 3. Draft Report
Within 30 minutes of the recording, a first version of the report is ready in your style: findings, recommendations, and photos linked to the appropriate segments. You check, enrich, and send. Often before you even head home.

WHAT YOU GET
-Works entirely via your phone; no extra devices needed
-Report template fully tailored to your corporate identity, order, and wording
-Recognizes Dutch construction terms and jargon
-Draft within 30 minutes of recording
-Also works in locations without coverage: recording buffers locally and synchronizes as soon as you have a connection again
-Export to Word and PDF, on top of or alongside your existing software

TIME SAVINGS
Pilot inspectors save an average of at least one hour per inspection. You give that time back to yourself: an extra inspection, or simply no more evening hours.

PRIVACY AND GDPR
Recordings and transcripts are processed encrypted on European servers and can be deleted per report. You determine the retention period yourself. Recordings remain your property.
