Besmi: Booking for Beauty Pros

Your chair. Your rules. Your link.

Besmi is the booking app for lash artists, nail techs, estheticians, brow artists, hairstylists and every beauty pro who runs her own book, solo or with a small team.

One link holds your whole business. Clients see only the times you're really free, leave a deposit and book themselves. No more screenshotting your calendar into your DMs.

Over 380 beauty pros run their business on Besmi, with more than 29,000 appointments and over $3 million booked so far.

BOOKED WHILE YOU WORK
Your booking page takes appointments day and night. Set your hours, buffers and days off once, and Besmi only offers the times that fit.

DEPOSITS THAT END FREE NO-SHOWS
Take a deposit at booking or keep a card on file, and set your own cancellation window. The deposit comes off the final bill on its own.

REMINDERS THAT GO OUT FOR YOU
Text and email reminders go out before every visit, with a link to reschedule or cancel. Aftercare goes out after she leaves, and regulars get a nudge when they're due for a fill.

A PAGE THAT LOOKS LIKE YOU
Your colors, fonts, photos and words. Drag sections around until it feels like your brand, all the way through booking and checkout.

GET PAID YOUR WAY
Tap to Pay on Android (Android 13 or later with NFC), card, cash, Cash App, Venmo or Zelle. Sell packages, memberships and gift cards. Cash out to your bank.

AN AI RECEPTIONIST
Clients text at 2am. Your receptionist answers, offers only times you have open, and books them, or asks you first if you'd rather approve each one.

YOUR DAY AT A GLANCE
Open the app and see who's in your chair, who's next and what needs you. Check out, message a client or mark someone running late in a tap. Get a notification the moment a booking comes in.

FORMS, CLIENTS AND NUMBERS
Intake forms and waivers signed before she sits down. Full client history and notes. See what you earned and where your bookings come from.

A COMMUNITY OF PROS
A private room for beauty pros on Besmi to swap answers on pricing, no-shows, slow months and technique. Free on every plan.

GROW WITHOUT SWITCHING
Add your team when you hire and a second location when you open one. Move your clients over from Square or GlossGenius in minutes.

FREE TO START
The Artist plan is free forever, with no card. Try every feature free for 30 days, then pick Pro or Icon if you want more.

WORKS WITH CLAUDE AND CHATGPT
