User Reviews

Users appreciate the app's core function of tracking oxygen and heart rate levels, and its helpful alarms for COPD patients. However, many complaints focus on unstable Bluetooth connectivity, poor user interface, and loss of recorded data. The app needs better documentation, improved data handling, and feature enhancements like Google Fit integration to meet user expectations.
Pros
  • Effectively works with certain pulse oximeter devices to measure oxygen levels and heart rate.
  • Provides useful features such as high and low oxygen level alarms for COPD sufferers and their carers.
  • Data can be exported for further analysis, especially when accessed via a PC Excel application.
  • Some users found ways to navigate and use the app despite limited instructions.
  • Bluetooth connection works for some users with supported devices.
Cons
  • Bluetooth connectivity is unreliable or frequently fails, often causing app crashes.
  • The app interface is unclear and confusing with poor user instructions and language quality.
  • Data recording and storage is unstable; some users reported loss of collected data.
  • Data format export is primitive and not compatible with many Android Excel apps.
  • The app lacks desired features such as integration with Google Fit and improved user functionality.

It is more of a journal and doesn't take your O2 levels for you.

I have the latest version of the app. The device just says "please connect APP to upload records" and that's it. It doesn't matter how many times I disconnect and reconnect the Bluetooth.
