User feedback is split: many praise Plenitude for reliable charging in Italy, easy-to-use chargers, quick initial charges, supportive staff, and usable BeCharge roaming with an NFC card. But a large set of issues dominates: the Android app is frequently buggy and unreliable, with login/registration problems and mandatory updates; onboarding asks for lots of personal data; high prices and expiring wallet credits; privacy concerns and residency restrictions hinder usage for non-Italian users. The app needs a major stability and UX overhaul.

awfully ridiculously complicated app, totally non intuiyuve, took me and my son 10 minutes in total, had to add some random useless detail i didnt even want to. whats this.
