How it works
BeOffline uses Android's VpnService API to create a local, on-device VPN tunnel. This VPN is the core mechanism that makes per-app internet blocking possible without root access. It never connects to any external server — it exists solely to intercept and block traffic for the apps you select. No data leaves your device. No browsing activity is monitored or logged.
Note: BeOffline cannot run simultaneously with another active VPN connection.
