I love this app and where they're going in what they're doing, but literally 60% of the time the app does not fully open on the fire stick. it's just a black screen and it either doesn't work at all or I have to wait until another time and hope that it will just magically work.

2026-02-24	Er*****	Support is very slow to reply - couldn't link DW+ acct & access BentKey! Took three days of back and forth (with poor communication). Support needs major overhaul. Hope to change this rating in the future. ALSO, SHOWS NEED TO BE DOWNLOADABLE and available offline!
