BenkoPhone is a great app. I know have my office staff answering my phone for me. I have more time to do the important things in my business and deal with my calls and appointments when it suits me.

if I didn't have to use this app for work I wouldn't. notifications are inconsistent. I regularly miss calls and messages. yet when I turn off notifications via phone settings (for when I'm off shift) phone calls still come through. customer assistance hasn't been especially helpful.
