2024-03-15	Mi*****	They are merging with jeeves. Soon you will have to pay a subscription. They don't value thier drivers opinions. The first time you say something they will let you go. They violated my rights of free speech. I was concerned about my future with the company of course They didn't like what I said and terminated me.

His joyful exuberance made an unexpected stressful doctor's visit a blessed day. He took the time to update me, pictorial proof worth a thousand words, that reduced my anxiety. My 80 year old mother very much appreciated his assistance at the grocery store. Overall experience: stress-free; mom felt comfortable; and positive communication skills.

2021-06-16	Do*****	I have had serveral bad experience with this company. I set an appointment for the final onboarding review. I waited 30 and received no call. So I called, a lady said she would have someone call me in which I still received no return call. Then I emailed twice and still no response. So the last step left a nasty taste in my mouth. How can you have a company like this and not respond to new comers at all. Kinda makes me think they don't care. Not happy at all with this company.

2021-01-17	Pe*****	The driver was decent but customer service was poor. Ahead of the drive, I warned our driver that some places would require valet. He told me flat out, "I don't cover that." I assured him that I'd cover the fees and provided it in cash at the end of the night. Then, two days later, he charged me all the parking fees through the Dryver app. I was forced to pay twice. Customer service said it's my fault for not reading the terms of service clearly and ended the call.

2020-10-04	Mo*****	The registration part of the app doesn't work. It gives a database error after submitting a credit card (not a payment decline, but saying that the data is being there max limit). So I can't get past the payment screen and without that, it won't let me complete my registration. They just lost a lot of business! GET YOUR APP AND WEBSITE FIXED. the website also has tons of things that you click and don't work. That makes me hesitant to even use this service anyway, so this was probably a blessing
