Why Beluga? Just like beluga whales who thrive in close-knit pods of 5–25 members, supporting and protecting one another, we believe humans are meant to connect. Our mission is simple: help you get off our phones and focus on what matters most, people, presence, and purpose.

Empowerment Through Connection Beluga Pods empowers and nudges you to take control of your social wellbeing and grow beyond your comfort zone. We start with connection to yourself first, through our Mood Tracker & Self-Help Journal, daily small tasks, affirmations, and Beluga Pal (your AI companion). Through reflection tools, personal growth insights, and habit building, you will give yourself the time and grace to recognise that you are great, and that you have the power to bring people together and solve real problems. Build healthier boundaries with technology while using it mindfully to foster authentic human connection.
