2024-07-10	Be*****	CONSUMER'S BEWARE: (Landord's STAY AWAY) They will charge your cc after renting the apt and continue to show places even after it's rented why? b/c you will log into their website, provide all personal details needed to get an application and charge cc. I got an email saying the apartment was rented, likely an AI reply. Then 4hrs later an email saying. Woo! your cc was charged? They scan your face, take cc, ask to sync your bank acct for faster processing ahead. SHAME on you

Both tenants and owners may find the services unsatisfactory. Owners, I would recommend seeking out a local property manager instead who is focused on your market and can't afford to screw up. The app is limited in functionality and doesn't offer much utility. Do not install. Do not give them your bank information since there is no way to undo it.

And when I wanted to fire them, they charged me additional 75% of the monthly rent "because it's in the contract" quoting them. They're reps keep changing. They do not respond to emails for days on end. The absolutely worst management Co I have ever dealt with. Your best deal is to stay away!

2022-12-26	Fr*****	Be careful with this company! They give you the most strigent lease contract and charge you for things you were not told. We give them bank account number and they wanted to charge extra which we stopped.
