2024-12-08	ev*****	I love how it came pre installed , on my mobile Telephone, and wont erase. Honing ......I meant jokingly but this phone is very my favorite phone in the world but because it has this feature on it that won't help me .....forget it . Im done. Bell and Lucky mobile dont understand that people could die when they decide to kill themselves over the fact that these phones aren't recalled. And I don't know if it's the carrier this phone to have a virus that carries over after a factory reset...... Yea
