Dig a Hole: Backyard Treasure

Grab a shovel and start digging a hole right in your own backyard. How deep can you go?

Dig a Hole is a cozy, satisfying digging game. Every swing of the shovel crunches through the soil, every block crumbles into chunks and dust, and every few meters there is something new waiting in the dirt: a rubber duck, a pocket watch, a fossil, a gold nugget… or a real dinosaur bone. Part digging simulator, part treasure hunt: one of the coziest digging games you can play offline.

HOW TO PLAY
• Drag anywhere on the screen to move – push into the dirt to dig
• Fill your backpack with treasure and fossils
• Pull the rope to zip back up to your garden
• Sell your finds at the shop and buy better tools
• Dig deeper, find rarer treasure, repeat!

12 LAYERS DOWN TO THE CORE
Garden Soil, Red Clay, Old Stone, Deep Caves, Lost Ruins, Crystal Caverns, Magma Depths, The Golden Vault – and even deeper: Frozen Depths, Amber Hollows, a buried Alien Wreck and the Earth's Core. Every layer is harder, darker and richer than the last, and every layer needs a better tool. At the very bottom waits the Golden Heart of the garden – and a happy ending, no scares.

71 FUNNY FINDS
Every treasure has its own little joke. Is that Clay Pot ancient, or from 2009? Who lost the Silver Ring? Fill your collection album and find them all.

REBUILD A DINOSAUR
Ten dinosaur bones are hidden deep underground. Every bone you dig up goes straight to the skeleton in your garden – watch your T-rex come together piece by piece.

UPGRADE YOUR GEAR
From a Rusty Shovel through pickaxes and drills all the way to the Plasma Drill and the mighty Core Drill – 12 tools in total. Bigger backpacks, a brighter headlamp and a heat suit for the magma. Rich already? Decorate your garden with flower beds, a gnome, a bench, a greenhouse and a fountain.

NEW GARDEN, NEW ADVENTURE
Reached the Golden Vault? Move to a brand new garden – Autumn Orchard, Winter Garden or Spring Meadow – each with its own bonus and a fresh hole to dig. Earn Golden Stars and spend them on permanent perks: Strong Arms, Deep Pockets, Lucky Finds, Head Start and more. Your collection, dinosaur and decorations come with you.
