T&F Recorder

T&F Recorder is a completely FREE app specifically dedicated to athletics that allows programming, recording, control and info sharing of recorded data.

Your old coach/athlete diary is now on your smart phone, but with many more features!

Do you have a group of athletes to train? Are you an athlete who coaches yourself? Are you part of an athletics group/community?

T&F Recorder allows you to plan, record the results of workouts, tests and competitions sessions, to check, monitor the progress of preparation of your athletes and to exchange all this information with your contacts in the various groups/communities!


T&F Recorder allows you to:

- record the results of running, jumping, throwing and race walking trials by being able to combine videos and comments and with the support of advanced timing functions;

- manage one or more athletes in the same workout, test or competition session;

- plan the preparation of athletes by including workouts, tests and future competitions sessions;

- register, configure and record all the general and specific exercises that you have decided to use in the preparation;

- support the collaboration between coach and athlete by being able to synchronize/exchange all recorded data (programming, workout, tests and competitions sessions results, target performance, models, exercises...);

- support athletics communities using the app as a common tool for sharing information/data and collaboration, both for coach-athlete teams, between sector technicians, and for athletics clubs, ... ;

- set for each athlete the objective/target performance for the various types of trials and the relative ways of execution;

- configure the rhythmic models for sprint running (fly running, frequent and wide running), set the physiological thresholds (Aerobic Threshold, Anaerobic Threshold and Maximum Aerobic Speed) of each athlete and the intensity zones with models from 3 to 7 zones; the models will also be used to measure the performance of the trials performed;

- immediately compare the result of a trial performed with the objective/target performance and models previously set for the individual athlete;

- view the graphs of the performance obtained in the workout, test and competition sessions, the distribution and summary of the exercises and trials carried out in a certain period of time. The graphs can be "navigated" by displaying increasing or decreasing levels of detail as needed;

- compare the results obtained, the amount of work carried out between periods and between different athletes;

- view the personal best obtained by each athlete;
