App does not accurately track usage/time for goals

Recent reviews

They have awful customer practices. It isn't clear when you have activated your trial so I made a mistake and canceled the trial and "reactivated" it, just in matter of seconds and few quick clicks and they charged me for the whole year! For an app that I didn't even had the opportunity to decide if it was worth it or not. Customer service of course won't make a refund as they ignore my emails. Go to another app with better customer service and better UI (one that is not purposely confusing)
