Make time for a cosy story together. Quiet Tales is a collection of Russian folk stories for children and adults to read and listen to together. The app interface, story texts and narration are in Russian.

This edition includes three complete stories:
• The Flying Ship — 10 minutes 59 seconds.
• The Unsmiling Princess — 5 minutes 22 seconds.
• The Frog Princess — 10 minutes 53 seconds.

All three stories are free. Their texts, illustrations and audio are bundled with the app, so reading and listening work offline. These are editorial adaptations of traditional folk tales. Lera's narration was generated in advance using Yandex SpeechKit. The app does not record your microphone or upload a child's voice.

LISTEN AT YOUR OWN PACE
Pause, rewind or skip forward ten seconds. Your listening position is saved. The next story does not start automatically: choose when to continue.

SET A SLEEP TIMER
Stop playback after 10, 20, 30 or 60 minutes. This is a convenient family reading feature, not a medical treatment or a promise that your child will fall asleep.

READ TOGETHER
Read the complete story beside the player. Choose one of four text sizes and a light or dark theme. The automatic theme changes by time of day. Search by title and save favorite stories.

A SEPARATE ADULT SECTION
A simple arithmetic gate protects settings, external links and optional advertising features. The banner sits at the bottom of this section, separate from controls. An adult can voluntarily watch a rewarded ad to disable all ads for 24 hours after the network confirms completion. There are no ads on the story screen. Watching an ad is not required to access the three included stories.

No account is required. The app does not request a child's name, contacts or precise location. Advertising may process technical data as explained in the privacy policy.

We plan to expand the library to 30 stories in a future update. This version contains only the three stories listed above. Future content is not included yet.
