I have just recently started to organize my collection after about 25 years of hibernation. I am trying to get a value on what I have so I was spending hours every day looking up values but got blocked after a couple of weeks due to search limits. There is no mention of a cap on searches on the subscription page and no mention of it when they take your money. I have tried to clarify and have not received any reply from Becket for over a week. Horrible customer service and deceit on there part.

Don't understand how product's can be out so long and not have pricing available. Not everyone uses eBay for pricing. Example Topps update been out 3-3 months still no pricing. Update chrome out for almost a month no pricing.
