2024-10-01	Ca*****	This app used to work great. For the last month, it hasn't been consistently connecting to the server and now won't connect at all. I've used it for years and now have to call and waste time on the phone to pay my bill. Please fix this!

2023-06-16	Me*****	Love those app and trust it completely. This the only app that I use to pay my monthly bill. The reason is because I know it's secure enough for me to use my debit bank card to pay. Thank you BECI for staying on top of your secure app.

2022-11-20	Ko*****	Can't open bills. The app doesn't identify Adobe PDF reader, or the other one, on my phone and therefore won't let me download my bill. ITS MY DAMN BILL! AN APP SHOULDNT DECIDE WHETHER I CAN DOWNLOAD MY OWN BILL. JUST DO WHAT I SAY. So both those things need to be fixed, identification of available PDF reader and the ability to download your bill regardless of one present or not.

2019-09-21	A *****	I downloaded the app because I have had this account for years I sent my sister to pay by bill at the Leesville branch with my Id her id the bill and my debit card The account has always been in my mother's name she was given hassel because her name or my name was not on the bill what does it matter if the bill is being paid with identification but now even with the app I can't remember the old phone number that was associated with this account that I have had for multiple years what can I do
