BeBest

Strength training sessions designed just for you, based on your equipment, your time, and what you want to work on.

YOUR WORKOUT, NOT YOUR NEIGHBOR'S
You don't have the same equipment, the same schedule, or the same goals as everyone else. BeBest builds each session around what you actually have available.

A CUSTOM WORKOUT IN 30 SECONDS
You enter your criteria, and the app generates the session:

The time you have available, from 10 to 60 minutes
The equipment you have on hand: barbell, dumbbells, kettlebell, resistance bands, bench, rings, ball, or nothing at all
The body areas to work on, selected from an anatomical map
The intensity: easy, medium, or hard
You get a complete session with sets, reps, and rest periods. Still not convinced? Regenerate it with a single tap.

MULTI-WEEK PROGRAMS
To go beyond a single workout, create a structured program:

Tailored to your goals, specific to your sport, or focused on preventative strengthening
Your sport and type of effort
Your goal: performance, off-season, injury prevention
Areas of discomfort, if any
The duration of the sessions and the number of sessions per week
The program duration, from 4 to 12 weeks
Each session is then added to your calendar. All you have to do is follow the plan, and you can move a session if your schedule changes.

A LIBRARY OF VIDEOD EXERCISES
Each exercise is demonstrated and explained in a video:

Starting position and grip
Step-by-step movement
Body areas targeted
Three levels: easier, classic, more difficult
Filter by body area, muscle, equipment, or search for an exercise by name.

WARM-UP AND PREPARATION
Start a warm-up before your workout to prepare your body for the effort.

YOUR PROGRESSION, WEEK AFTER WEEK
Track your training time, number of sessions, and consistency. Record your performance exercise by exercise to measure your progress.

WHO IS IT FOR?
For those who train indoors, at home, or outdoors. Whether you're preparing for a competition, want to ease back into it, or simply stop improvising your workouts.

INVITATION-ONLY ACCESS
BeBest opens to the public on November 1, 2026. Until then, access is reserved for invited members. If you have received an invitation, log in with your account: the app is fully functional and waiting for you.
