Beautiful Reminders is a calm, private reminder app. No account, no ads, no tracking, and no internet permission at all. Your schedule lives on your device and nowhere else.

SET IT UP THE WAY YOU THINK
• Pick the days, then the time of day: "every Tuesday at 8 PM" takes two taps.
• Up to 12 times a day, or a repeating timer (every 90 minutes, every 2 hours…).
• Every day, specific weekdays, one time, day N of a season, or days before or after the full or new moon.
• A plain-English summary reads your schedule back before you save: "Take out the trash — every Tuesday evening at 8:00 PM, repeating forever."

YOUR DAY AT A GLANCE
• One card per reminder, each counting down to its next time: "Upcoming · 34 min".
• Complete, skip or snooze straight from the notification, without opening the app.
• Checklists inside a reminder, reset each time it comes around.
• Auto-skip unanswered reminders so your completion rate stays honest.
• History, a calendar, pause and archive.

THE ALMANAC BEHIND THE MOON
Tap the Moon on the home screen for the day as the old almanacs kept it:
• The date written the long way, and the canonical hour (Matins, Lauds, Prime, Terce…).
• Moon phase, solunar major and minor periods, and the spring/neap tide rhythm.
• With a US ZIP code: sunrise, sunset, golden hour, civil/nautical/astronomical twilight, solar noon, and the Sun's height at noon (with a note on vitamin D).
• Optional local high and low tides from the nearest NOAA station, computed on your phone.
• Days until the equinoxes, solstices and cross-quarter days; the next solar and lunar eclipse.
• Metonic, sunspot and Saros cycles; Golden Number, Easter, the Great Paschal Cycle and the Ember Days.
All of it is calculated on the device, so it works offline.

LET AN AI WRITE THEM
Copy the Agent Codex instructions into a conversation with any AI assistant, paste back the one-line Codex it writes, and every reminder is created at once.

YOURS, AND ONLY YOURS
• QR Transfer: copy every reminder to another phone by scanning a code off its screen. Merge them in or replace what's there. No cable, no account, no internet.
• Export a full backup (.json) or a spreadsheet (.xlsx) whenever you like.
• Other apps can reach your reminders only if you switch that on. It ships off.
• Alarm, vibrate or silent notifications, grouped neatly in the shade.
