Booked an appointment with a therapist whom I thought was qualified (as advertised). Spoke to her about my symptoms for which she recommended a break and offered to write a memo, hence I requested for no-pay-leave with my employer, only to find out after a prolonged back and forth with SafeSpace that: 1) my therapist was not fully qualified, 2) she cannot write a memo, 3) her supervisor does not allow her to offer recommendations, leaving me empty handed in front of my employer. Go elsewhere.
