I had same problem as many others - misleading payment scheme- charged for 6 months when thought it was one month and the fact no cooling off time is ridiculous. There is no help from customer service and that was several days after i saw the charge to my bank. 238.80$ au for this app? no way would i have paid this knowingly. other companies would happily refund but not be2. All i can do is warn others to read reviews...speaks volumes!
Absolutely bad company. Why didn't i read the reviews??!!! 2024-10-09	ad*****	This is a SCAM!!! If you made the mistake like me to buy premium 1 month, they will charge your account after without your consent 5x more. They don't reply to emails, when you try to delete your account is not working. To cancel the premium you need to complete a form, an actual paper. Better way is to block your card or they will keep robbing you. These are legal thugs.

Si posterior au dorit sa ma taxeze cu 300 de ron pentru continuarea abonamentului premium. Noroc ca am blocat contul lor. !!! They advertised a price for premium membership and I was charged 4 times more. It's stealing! And afterwards they tried to charge me 60 eur per month, but luckily I nlocked their account from my banking app. And now I have difficulties unsubscribing from the app.

2021-12-29	Pa*****	Absolute Scam have sent numerous emails asking to cancel my subscription. Full of fake profiles, can't even delete your account and you'll be charged for months and months despite asking for your subscription to be cancelled. Any email you send gets an automatic reply saying something like your query will be answered in the next 2 to 3 days. Which it never will so you'll be stuck scratching your head going around in circles wondering how you got yourself into this mess

I only paid for one month and want out. Haven't met a single person in my area. I do not want to be charged again. I'm a young 50 year old and have had 60 and 70 year old men mainly messaging me. Gross! No one my age or in my city. It looks as if they've charged my card again even though I've been emailing since 16th March to cancel. Not good!

They don't accept an email request to cancel. The only reason a company would do this in 2020 is to be deliberately obstructive. Prices for subscription are very misleading, when it says an amount for 6 months they actually mean weekly for 6 months. I tried to cancel as soon as I saw how much had been charged from my account, same day and didn't interact with anyone on the site. But customer service were not helpful, and I am now $300 out of pocket, not the $12.49 I thought it was going to be. Very difficult to unsubscribe!

Your inbox gets a message for EVERY person who viewed your profile, and theres no way of stopping this. Faulty app. I regret subscribing. I continue to receive email notifications after unticking these notification boxes. No support received after sending 2 emails. Much better dating apps out there for much much less.

Everything seems good up to the point they get your credit card info. Users are fake, autogenerated, bots. Signup is 1 click, cancellation impossible. They do the first and last thing to appear legit and harvest as much money before they are forced to stop. Do not be their next victim. They are actively getting sued in many countries as we speak, and already lost in others.
