1. Product description:
MobeeECR is an application for issuing Fiscal Vouchers (FBs) and Storno FBs to a Fiscal Printer (FP) or EFMF operated under a FF regime.
FBs are issued in accordance with Ordinance H-18 and NED to it from 29.03.2019 and are only the only ones on the Invoice or Debit Notice, in accordance with Art. 26 (7)
The reverse FBs are issued in accordance with Ordinance H-18 and NIS to it from 29.03.2019 and are only the return of payments under the Credit Notice in accordance with Art. 31 (2a)

MobeeECR is not a Retail Sales Management System (ASMS) because its functionality falls entirely within the definition:
"This software allows only payment reporting and submission of a command to the FU for FB printing - no functionality for order generation, sales, change of sales data, etc. Ie. this software has no STUDO features. "
