2024-10-09	Da*****	I would give this less than a star if the play store had that ability. App never stays connected. Recent updates made it worse. If you have an Android phone....stay away from this product as their app development is horrible and their customer support is absolutely useless. They're answer is always that I'm using an outdated phone. I have been having this problem wit old phones (S21, NOTE10+5G (yeah because that's a year or so old) brand new Samsung tablets can't even load the app. Useless!

Can't zoom the image [Ed:until April 2023 update], so it 's very difficult to place shot markers accurately, especially on a small screen like a cell phone's. Clunky mechanism for setting up a target, and this is difficult to do accurately on a small screen. Once you get set up then zeroing is relatively straightforward. That's the only reason this app gets 2 stars. Customer support doesn't exist.

2022-09-19	M *****	Forget it! Give your money to a different company that respects their customers. Started off good then they changed the app. and if you'll read the reviews you'll get the picture. It's trash. Doesn't work on Android. Doesn't work on iPhone. The product is useless without the app. A brick. Terrible product and terrible support based on my experience.

On Samsung S9 I'm unable to toggle between the target manager and my ballistic app. I have to back out completely in order to see any other app. The only way to get out of the app is to go into "Demo" mode, then i can switch to other apps. Software needs much improvement to be user friendly. Think I'll get a Shotmarker system. Guess you have to pay to play.

2021-05-05	MI*****	Bought a new unit but can't use it because of software problems. Not happy. Developer is supposed to contact me to resolve Android issue. Hope the fix helps all of us.

I talked to GSM and they pawned all of my issues off on the third party developer which appears to be this group of knuckle draggers that do not check prior version compatibility before releasing an app. Either develop an app that works for prior versions or step away from your keyboard, you mouth breathers.

2020-07-23	Ca*****	Poor customer service, they no longer support older systems, they will exchange your older system for a 350 dollar "upgrade fee" so when I asked them how long the new system will last until they outdate that one? They never gave me an answer

2020-07-20	Lu*****	It does not work on my Samsung Galaxy. I have the original bullseye camera. It used to work great on my phone with the original app I will have to look for a new and different camera system.
