This is the BC Floor Plans team calendar app. If you're not a BC Floor Plans team member, you are probably looking for our booking app. Who is a BC Floor Plans team member? They are the fantastic people who create our floor plans, take our photography and videography, and set up our staging.
For the BC Floor Plans team, this app will allow us to finally get away from third-party, unreliable calendar apps. Yes, the information is correct and complete. You no longer need to log in to the online calendar to make sure it synced correctly. The information is the same as it is from the database. Yay!! To top it off we are not losing the functionalities that we all have gotten used to and like having. You can still click directly on the address and it will open in your navigation app. You can still see all the same information. In fact, you now have the option to communicate directly with the office admin through a texting function in the app. What's more, on the day of the appointment you can communicate with the client directly through the app (just like texting). No more concerns with phone numbers being exchanged and having to manage questions that the office should handle before or after the job. The in-app texting option will be quick and easy to allow for notification if you are running late or ahead of time or notification if the client is running late or maybe where the key is hidden that day to get in. With the notifications option turned on you will be notified of these communications as well as reminders for upcoming appointments or any changes.
