BodyClub

The BodyClub app has video training programs that can be carried out with the Easy Motion Skin System. The frequencies of the training are related to the video and automatically change from 7 Hertz frequency (strength training), 40 Hertz (endurance training), 85 Hertz (power training) and 100 Hertz (relaxation training). The athlete is shown his scores and can use the calendar to organize his trainings at home and in the BodyClub studios. The Easy Motion Skin System is required.
