For contractors, Bradford White Connect™ allows you to remotely diagnose previous installations and be alerted of error messages (with the owner’s permission). If you are in the room with the water heater, you can also access the water heater’s settings on your mobile device, read sensor data, and log recorders of the visit for later. Additionally, the app contains sizing, cross reference, and warranty tools**.

There are so many basic features of this app missing, as well as some bugs. I've emailed the team about them. One basic missing feature is that you can't even set temps when you create a schedule, making the Schedules feature effectively useless. There are so many other features missing as of right now I suggest avoiding spending money on the Connect Kit.

Got some basic functionality that works, but it'll need a lot more love from developers to iron out the kinks and make it really useful. Issues: * Usage: Weekly is off by a day, e.g., Monday morning pretends to show you already Monday's total consumption (which was probably Sunday's instead). Daily is also suspicious - time zone wrong? * Controls: Changing temperature fails more often than not. * Schedule: No way to set temperatures (to favor running with free solar electricity).
