TaskSy is a next-generation task management application designed to combine intelligent automation, structured organization, and a premium user experience into a single productivity platform. It goes beyond traditional to-do apps by transforming tasks into trackable “missions,” helping users plan, execute, and monitor their work more effectively.

At its core, TaskSy offers a powerful task management system with hierarchical lists and deeply nested subtasks, allowing users to break down complex workflows into manageable steps. Its unique “Mission Mode” enhances tasks with progress tracking, deadlines, descriptions, and optional time management, turning simple to-dos into structured objectives.

TaskSy integrates AI-powered features using the Google Gemini API, enabling smarter productivity. Users can automatically generate task content with AI Smart Fill or break down complex goals into actionable steps using AI Smart Subtasks. These tools help reduce planning time and improve execution efficiency.

Designed for a global audience, TaskSy supports 14 languages, including full Right-to-Left (RTL) compatibility for Arabic, Urdu, and Persian. Language switching is dynamic and does not require restarting the app, ensuring accessibility and flexibility for users worldwide.

The app also includes a dedicated analytics system called Progress Pulse, which provides insights into productivity. Users can track completion rates, monitor time distribution across tasks, and visualize upcoming or overdue deadlines through a strategic calendar view.

TaskSy is built with a strong focus on reliability and collaboration. Using Supabase for backend services, the app supports real-time synchronization and full offline functionality. Changes made offline are automatically queued and synced when connectivity is restored. Users can also collaborate through shared lists, with permission roles such as Viewer and Editor.

Customization is a key part of the experience. TaskSy offers both a simplified Normal Mode and a more advanced Expert Mode, allowing users to tailor the interface to their needs. Additional options include theme selection (light, dark, or system), color customization, haptic feedback control, and category management.

From a design perspective, TaskSy features a modern interface with glassmorphism elements, smooth micro-animations, and responsive interactions. Drag-and-drop functionality, animated progress indicators, and tactile feedback contribute to a fluid and engaging user experience.

In its current version (1.0.0), TaskSy delivers a feature-rich, AI-enhanced productivity environment that bridges the gap between simple task managers and more complex workspace tools. It is built to scale, with a strong foundation for future enhancements in AI, collaboration, and analytics.
