A study app for the QC Certification Level 2 and Level 3 exams, featuring 600 questions across 6 fields and 90 practice questions specific to each level.
"QC Certification Pass" is a learning app for the Level 2 and Level 3 Quality Control Certification (QC Certification).
It covers a wide range of topics, from the basics of quality control, quality assurance, improvement activities, standardization, the seven QC tools, the new seven QC tools, statistical methods, process capability, control charts, sampling inspection, reliability, experimental design, and correlation/regression, through 600 original questions. The questions are in a multiple-choice format, making them easy to review repeatedly on a smartphone.
In the QC Certification, it's crucial not only to memorize terminology but also to understand how to interpret data, the purpose of using methods, the assumptions behind calculations, and how to proceed with improvement activities. QC Certification Pass allows you to review points, detailed explanations, and reasons for each answer choice after answering. You can reflect not only on the correct answer but also on why other options are incorrect.
[600 Questions in Total, Organized into 6 Fields]
* Basic Quality Control & Quality Assurance: 100 questions
* Management, Improvement Activities, & Standardization: 100 questions
* Seven QC Tools & New Seven QC Tools: 120 questions
* Statistical Methods & Data Analysis: 140 questions
* Process Capability, Control Charts, & Sampling Inspection: 80 questions
* Reliability, Experimental Design, Correlation Regression, & Advanced Level 2: 60 questions
The app includes 370 questions for Level 2 and 230 questions for Level 3. You can select Level 2 or Level 3 in the learning settings to narrow down the questions to those appropriate for your level. Please note that the current exam formats differ (Level 3 is CBT, Level 2 is a written exam), and therefore, they are not explained as being in the same format.
[90-Question Practice Exercises by Level]
The app offers 90 practice questions, with different subject areas and distributions for Level 2 and Level 3. Level 2 questions are drawn from 6 fields, while Level 3 questions are drawn from 5 fields (excluding Advanced Level 2). This is not an official fixed number of questions or a complete reproduction of the actual exam, but rather an exercise designed to check understanding across multiple fields. It can be used separately from regular subject-specific learning.
[Key Points and Detailed Explanations]
All questions include a brief summary of key points, a detailed explanation covering background and calculation processes, and explanations for the correct/incorrect answers of each of the four answer choices. Differences between similar concepts, such as control charts and process capability, correlation and regression, and hypothesis testing and estimation, are also organized for each question.
