TaskFlow: AI Planner & To-Do

TaskFlow is a to-do list, day planner and meeting note taker in one app. It turns everything you are juggling — work, travel, books, errands, meetings — into flows you can actually finish.

FLOWS
Kanban flows for every part of your life. Work, home, side projects, a reading list, a trip.

CALENDAR & DAY PLAN
Every task has a date, so nothing floats. The Day Plan lays your day out hour by hour, around the commitments you already have.

ASSISTANT
Type it, say it, or paste it. A dumped paragraph, a voice note, a screenshot — it becomes tasks in the right flow, not another inbox.

MEETING NOTETAKER
Record a meeting and get the summary and action items without taking a note. Accept the ones that matter and they land as tasks.

REMINDERS
Notifications before things slip. Complete or snooze straight from the notification.

SMART SUGGESTIONS
TaskFlow sees what is overdue, what has stalled, and what connects across your flows, and proposes the next step — instantly, with no waiting on a model.

WORKS WITH YOUR AIs
Your AI assistants finally share one to-do list: yours.
• Connect ChatGPT, Claude, Claude Code or Cursor. Each one works on your real tasks, under its own name, only in the flows you choose.
• Plan the week with Claude on Monday, and ChatGPT picks it up on Tuesday right where Claude stopped. When the work is done, the task comes back to you.
• Give one full access and it can also read your meeting notes and files, so you never explain the context twice.
• Every change an AI makes carries its badge and lands in the task's history. You always know who did what.
• You stay in charge: the Connected AIs screen changes what each one can see, or disconnects it instantly. No AI can delete anything.
• Going the other way, send any task to an AI as clean, prompt-ready text.
