The BBC made a total waste of a nice app idea. Literally EVERYTHING is locked behind a paywall. Two characters and a few backgrounds and you pay for anything else. Even then, everything is a pretty basic template. The app isn't even updated to the most recent Doctor! If you want to create a Doctor Who fancomic, you should just draw one yourself.
