The app was not running, service number were not always pick ,late responses .At the end I was forced to study from myself because I have wasted my whole year fees in such batch 😔

2023-05-16	An*****	Wrost app I HV ever seen vedios are not playing. Once the product is sold zero customer support. Please don't waste your money. They are not taking my calls after subscription and vedios are not playing. Totally waste of money. I subscribed on the name of Vivek Bindra but now I came to know he also is a seller only. Very disappointed 😞☹️☹️. Highly recommended to not fall in there trap.

2023-03-20	Kr*****	I'm IBC and till the date I have provided BB junior to 10 people and they are happy and positive about it . But the thing is BB junior is not available in app store in iOS so this is worst thing about it I've lost two clients because of this and moreover people are getting negative coz of unavailability in iOS market

2022-09-18	Ja*****	It is a very worsted learning app i ever seen.It is the most hating leaning app due to following reasons:there is no such features as the IBC said such as doubt study material of 3000+ publications and doubts that i have submitted before 2 months ago have not answered yet😂 .so I think This application should be improved. And the IBC should coax any costomer as like me

2022-07-17	Bh*****	I'm following Vivek Bindra Sir from many years for his excellency in motivational content. But Im not happy with BB Junior apps. Apps interface is simple. Demo provided was for CBSE whereas they confirmed offering SSC, Maharashtra board for Std 8. But it's comes with many lags, we raised complaint (CHN4EStvQc) but no satisfactory feedback far even after a month. Issues are 1. Practice session shows different content in all subjects 2. Grammer only in Language subjects 3. No Sanskrit

As a result there is more consumption of internet. You can give the option to set second language for lecture videos within the app settings. So that those who want to consume the contents in English-Hindi, English-Marathi, English-Gujarati, don't have to bother about internet data.
