2023-07-25	St*****	Only works on occasions. Now it keeps telling me to update. I push the update option,, it brings me to the playstore and there is no update available for me to do it. So now I can't log in and see anything ugh. When it was working it was super slow but at least I could see who and when our psws are coming

2023-03-06	Da*****	This app is totally useless 😭😭🤬. Both the Android app and the web page are totally unusable and can't be logged into. I have called Bayshore a few times and I get an email back from their tech support which doesn't seem to be interested in fixing the problem. The problem now is that the PSW that is scheduled phones 5 minutes before she is going to show up.

2023-03-01	Q *****	As others have observed, this app has many problems. Tech Support Jen, however, gets 5 stars. She was very helpful and nice to chat with. I wish the app was as reliable as her.
